Pro Evolution Soccer 2011

Free DLC coming early next year.

KONAMI today announced that it will release a free downloadable content update for Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 on the PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360®.

The downloadable pack adds a number of new items to the game. Twelve kits have been updated within the game, including those of the Ireland national team and many French club teams. Similarly, ten new licensed boots styles from manufacturers such as Adidas, Puma, Umbro and Mizuno have been added.

Further free DLC will be released for PES 2011 during the coming year.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 delivers an experience that adheres to the core values of the franchise: skill, realism and freedom to play. With the 2011 release, the freedom to play element has been extended via new AI routines designed to place every move and decision in the player’s hands. The game is further enhanced with the addition of new camera angles and over 1000 new animations that have been added to emphasize the stunning visuals, slickness and variety of movement that a top-level match showcases. Featuring cover star Lionel Messi and teams from UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and the Copa Santander Libertadores, a big game atmosphere is guaranteed featuring stunning crowds, and a wide range of chants and jeers, to give the most lifelike soccer experience to date.
