Indie strategy game released as the Freiburg-based developer's debut title.
Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany (May 17th, 2010) - Independent video game developer 4sdk Game Development is very pleased to announce the launch of their first commercial video game called "Power Of Defense". POD is a completely different incomparable strategy and defense mixed game and has been released on May, 17th 2010 for PC. You can download the official demo of POD for free on http://pod.4sdk.com.
In POD, players take control of a robot warrior production headquarter between the parallel universes on the one side the world of the humans and on the other side the strange oil-smelling world of the robots. In this game, players are tasked with keeping humans world clean from robots and to pass as much own produced robots through portals to the robot world. Through combining different robot types and releasing them in the right moment, players must think quickly and inventively.
"There are no comperative games we could found for our inspiration and could have learned from. But we have listened to the people and improved a lot of things", said co-founder Artur Susdorf.
"I always love to develop games I would play myself. Only very few studios enjoy this privilege. So are we", said co-founder Radik Yusupov.

Power Of Defense provides a new strategy and defense mix game experience. Defend your world from upoming evil and oil-smelling robots. They come from the platform between both parallel universes you have to fight on by producing own robots to send them back to their native world. You as the last hero on earth and the only one your government could find (and pay), only you can save the world.
