Tucson, AZ: From a comic book convention in its own hometown to the IgroMir game expo halfway around the world, Running With Scissors has been on the move, showing off the latest in its famous series of POSTAL video games.

The first stop was IgroMir 2009, the massive international game expo in Russia. This year's show was reportedly the largest ever held, with over 100,000 attendees and POSTAL III ranked as one of the five hottest titles at the show according to site ratings with almost a dozen state of the art systems up and demonstrating the game for the avid European gamers. RWS producer MikeJ reports that the game is running perfectly on Windows 7 and is well on its way to the Xbox 360.

RWS had several meetings with major publishers at the show and once again bonded with its faithful Russian fan base. "It's been the craziest show for POSTAL III I can remember so far," proclaimed Andrew Belkin, Producer of POSTAL III at Akella, which is partnering with RWS on this project. "Thousands of people occupying our machines with the demo and storming our trailer in search of developers – what an eye-pleasing picture indeed!"

Running With Scissors honcho Vince Desi added: "RWS is honored that POSTAL III is part of Putin's stimulus plan. The world can learn a lot about Political Correctness from the Russians. IGRO this year is what E3 was ten years ago – exciting and fun".

After the Russian visit, the team then returned home to Tucson where RWS were special guests at the November 7th Tucson Comic Con where convention spokesperson Mike Olivares declared this second annual event held at the Hotel Arizona a tremendous success. "With a bigger venue, artists and vendors packed the room to give the convention hall that sense of hustle and bustle and our good friends at RWS were on hand to give the crowd a hands-on with POSTAL III as well as tons of swag to the fans mobbing their booth!"

"The people loved us," confirmed MikeJ. "This time we showed the PC version so it was a steeper learning curve for most of the attendees who were console players but they all thought it looked great and the thousands of people who only stopped to watch were laughing their asses off!"
