Playlogic/Sparx Animation Studios deal

Amsterdam / New York, July 11th 2008 - Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq OTC: PLGC.OB) announced today that it has commissioned Sparx Animation Studios in Paris, France and Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam, to work on an undisclosed games project set for release in 2009. The game is being developed for PLAYSTATION®3, Xbox 360® and PC.

Sparx Animation Studios is currently completing work on their first feature film, “Igor,” which is produced by Exodus Production and will be distributed by MGM for theatrical release in September 2008. “Igor” is a playfully irreverent comedy that brings a new twist to the classic monster genre.
