Göteborg, Sweden - February 11, 2010 - First Planet Company, developer and publisher of the largest real money Massively Multiplayer Online Game, announced today the hiring of their new community manager to help players have a voice and get answers to their questions. Hanne Gulbrandsen has already started and goes by the avatar name "First Planet Company Community Manager Hanne Gulbrandsen", she can often be found at Twin Peaks whenever she isn't in the wild helping out.

Hanne Gulbrandsen has been a known profile on Planet Calypso for several years due to her commitment to the community. Formerly known as the avatar "Silikon Skam Chip", she's recognized for her reports on the front-page of EntropiaForum.com and as moderator of the same forum. Hanne started out playing back in 2003. One of the things that drew her to the game was the individuality of the avatars and the personal attachment it seemed people had to their virtual selves. She quickly found that the community was an interesting place to be and took special interest in the newly started community forum EntropiaForum. As one of the people that helped build the community in this forum she became the natural choice when First Planet Company needed a true community manager.

The 23 year old Norwegian has her background in journalism, where she's been mostly focused towards culture and society. That is a focus that comes naturally to her. Her interest and dedication to reporting on life is something she'll bring with her to the Community Manager position as she communicates with the development team about life on Calypso. Together with her extensive experience and knowledge about Planet Calypso and its community she will also be able to help out those in need of answers. She'll focus first and foremost to improve the communication between the players and the team making the game, and keep a steady stream of information flowing back out to the community.
