Pixiem licenses Tira's Jump technology platform

Win Win Gaming subsidiary to bring new range of extreme sports titles to global mobile games market

Pixiem Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of mobile games publisher Win Win Gaming, has licensed the Tira Jump Product Suite to bring its portfolio of titles to the global market.

The Jump technology platform is designed to help publishers control, adapt and deploy mobile content for global distribution on multiple devices and operator networks. It will be used by Pixiem to distribute the company's range of sports titles, which include officially licensed tennis sim Wimbledon 2005, throughout the North American, South American, Asian and European markets.

"We use Jump not only to adapt our content, but to also manage our mobile content assets and control the flow of those assets from developer to the operator deck," said Pixiem president and CEO Hongsuk Lee.

"Tira's depth of expertise on mobile content deployment - including the stringent requirements set by operators and extensive knowledge on the wide range of devices - enables us to significantly broaden our reach into new markets."

Tira Wireless CEO Doug Barre added: "Pixiem is using the Tira Jump Product Suite internally and also leveraging the services provided by Tira certified partners. This strategic yet flexible approach to mobile content deployment will ensure that Pixiem remains a competitive force in the growing mobile market."

The Tira Jump Product Suite is currently used by more than 50 per cent of the world's leading mobile content publishers, including Disney Mobile, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures Mobile and THQ Wireless.
