Pascal Tessier-Fleury Appointed General Manager of Sarbakan
QUEBEC CITY - 19 April 2006 - Today Sarbakan
announced the nomination of Mr. Pascal Tessier-Fleury as the
company's General Manager. Mr. Tessier-Fleury joined Sarbakan
in January 2003 and has since occupied positions of
increasing responsibility, most recently that of Corporate
Comptroller. Since 2004, Mr. Tessier -Fleury has also held
the position of Vice-President of Finances for the Quebec
Studio of Video Game Design and Development.
Guy Boucher, one of Sarbakan's two founding partners, will
continue in his role as President and Executive Producer as
well as lead and manage the company's R & D efforts. Mr.
Boucher will also, along with Mr. Richard Vallerand, the
company's other cofounder and current Vice-President of
Creation and Executive Producer, carry on developing the
studio's strategic vision.
"I am very pleased to announce this appointment," insisted
Mr. Boucher. "Sarbakan is presently experiencing a period of
significant growth. Over the last few years Pascal has
distinguished himself as a manager of exceptional talent. His
rigor, discipline, and gift for communication will prove to
be assets for the company in the coming years. I'm eager to
see him exercise his new functions," added Mr. Boucher.

Manager," asserted Mr. Tessier-Fleury. "Over the past few
years I have really enjoyed working with the studio's
creative team and its clients. In the future we will be
responding to and meeting a number of challenges, the most
important of which is the diversification of services offered
by our digital creation studio."
A Quebec City native, Mr. Tessier-Fleury has held the title
of Chartered Accountant since 2000. He has since occupied
positions of trust in enterprises such as Domosys Corporation
and PricewaterhouseCooper. Mr. Tessier-Fleury has also sat on
the administrative council of Alliance NumériQC since 2004
and been its treasurer since 2005.
