PAN Vision Holding has a new CEO and Controller

PAN Vision Holding announced today that a new CEO and Controller have been appointed for the company.
Per Almgren has been appointed as the new CEO of PAN Vision Holding starting from Monday 6th of March, 2006. Sten Wranne, appointed acting CEO since Peter Levin stepped down, resigns his position on the same date.
Almgren holds an MBA with background in the media industry going back several years. He joins the company from Liber AB, where he was business area manager for the academic segment. Before that he spent eight years in the media company Modern Times Group (MTG) working with business development and in various MD roles. His experience also includes work in the Indevo consultancy company and at the media unit within the Swedish Ministry of Culture.
Petri Lehmuskoski, head of PAN Vision Distribution and Klas Palmkvist, head of PAN Vision Publishing reports directly to Almgren.
At the same time Mats Johansson, previously Controller at KF Media, started as Controller at PAN Vision Holding.
