Osborne Clarke appointment

London 26th August 2009 – Mastertronic Group announced that it has entered an arrangement with top London legal firm Osborne Clarke from 1st of September 2009 under which Osborne Clarke will become the provider of legal services to the Mastertronic Group. As part of this arrangement, General Counsel at Mastertronic Group, Nav Sunner, will join Osborne Clarke as Co-Head of the Interactive Entertainment Group and will continue to work with Mastertronic as well as other clients. Nav will be dealing with legal issues relating to all aspects of the interactive sector with a particular focus on digital distribution and publishing.

Managing Director of Mastertronic Group, Andy Payne, commented, 'As we enter the digital distribution space alongside our retail business, it is clear that we will need to increase our resources to match the challenges of being in this space.
