Nordic Game Conference details career expo

Students and professionals invited to attend a free recruitment day as part of the Sweden event

The organisers of the Nordic Game Conference have announced details on this year's Nordic Game Career Expo & Recruitment Day, taking place as part of the conference on May 15, with students and professionals in the creative and engineering areas able to gain free admission.

Students who are 18 or older, and professionals working in the areas of graphic design, computer science, IT, sound, music and art will have a chance to network with recruitment teams from some of the biggest developers, such as Crytek, Ubisoft Studios, Remedy, Avalanche and Starbreeze.

Online registration is required to attend the event, which will feature a development team working on a project live on the exhibition floor, as well as talks aimed at providing advice about getting into - and staying in - the industry, from some of the key names in Nordic games development.

Around 1000 industry attendees are expected to make their way to the Malmo Convention Center for the Nordic Game Conference, taking place on May 14-15 - more details on the GamesIndustry.biz and EGDF conference track will be available shortly.
