Nik Blower appointment
Former Ocean, Infogrames, 3DO and Big Ben man joins new publisher Nordic Games.
Karlstad, Sweden: Nordic Games Publishing AB today announces that true industry veteran Nik Blower has joined the Swedish company as their International Sales Manager.
Nik Blower has worked in the games industry for over 15 years, having worked at leading companies like Ocean, Infogrames, 3DO and Big Ben Interactive UK. During his time at BBI UK, Nik was instrumental to the delivery and huge success that was Dance UK and its branded peripherals, reaching sales close to 1million units.
Pelle Lundborg, Publishing Director, Nordic Games says, “Nik’s broad experience in video games publishing has led to him being a strategically important part of the management team. Furthermore, his knowledge of peripherals ties in with both the current projects and planned pipeline.”
Nik Blower comments, “Nordic Games has a sensible, achievable and exciting long term plan which is very appealing to me, and something I want to be a part of and help grow to fruition. Initially I will be securing UK retail and European distribution whilst building Nordic Games’ profile and in the process, creating a solid foundation on which we can build.”
