Multiwinia: Survival of the Flattest
Servers switched on and gamers now able to digest Introversion's fourth stand-alone title
19th September 2008: London - It brings us great pleasure to announce that at 6pm BST the Multiwinia servers were switched on and Multiwinia was released to the world!
After what seems like a very long summer of long days and late nights, and during moments when the human cost seemed a little too high, the Introversion dev team can now sit back, breathe a sigh of relief and crack open the champagne.
It’s at times like these that we also implore the help of people like yourselves, friends, journalists or supporters of Introversion to download the Multiwinia demo and help us to spread it far and wide.

If you’re from a magazine and interested in adding Multiwinia to a coverdisk then please do get in touch with Vic vic@introversion.co.uk. We have a special demo version for coverdisks which we’d be very happy to send your way.
We also now have review code available for press to play. If you’d like access to a review key code again get in touch with Vic for help.
So for now we leave Multiwinia in your very capable hands. We hope you enjoy playing Multiwinia as much as we have enjoyed making it!
Many thanks,
The Introversion Team
What is Multiwinia?
Multiwinia: Survival of the Flattest is Introversion’s fourth stand-alone title. With a choice of six action-packed multiplayer game modes, and 40 unique maps set in one of the most beautiful, retro-arcade inspired game environs ever created, Multiwinia promises to be the ultimate homage to the halcyon days of gaming. Challenge your opponent to a game of stick-man slaughter, and watch digital-war unfold, as your Multiwinian army struggles to complete a chosen task faster and better than your rival’s. It’s fast, it’s furious, and only the flattest will survive!
Multiwinia is available to buy from the Introversion store ( http://store.introversion.co.uk) for £15, $24.90 or €19.95. Multiwinia is also available from Steam and will soon be released into retail worldwide.
