MPG Universal joins TIGA
Global recruitment company joins UK trade association.
Noel Krohn, Managing Director of MPG Universal explains the company’s vision: “Our aim is to provide the finest calibre people for our clients. Our candidates are drawn from across the games and motion picture industries and are all pre-screened, interviewed and assessed, so we can confidently match the right candidate to the each role. We specialise in the senior side of the industry, where demand always seems to outweigh supply. Our team is thoroughly knowledgeable in both industries and can therefore help companies and individuals find crossover talent, when needed.”
Noel explains the company’s reasons for joining TIGA: “TIGA has an extremely diverse member base, made up of some of the most creative and talented people working in the UK. We are keen to network with TIGA members and showcase the quality of our service. It is also crucial that our staff keep abreast of the latest changes and developments in the industry. By being TIGA members we can access the latest information on industry developments, policy and regulatory changes, this is crucial to our business.”
Dr. Richard Wilson, TIGA CEO stated: “Many of our members tell us that they struggle to recruit people into senior roles, due to the skills shortages which exist at the higher levels. We hope that MPG Universal’s experience and expertise will be extremely useful to our members in this area. Their work in the film industry is also useful to games companies looking to bring in outside expertise, as well as companies in the motion picture world who are looking to recruit experienced games personnel.”
