Mountain Bike Challenge 07 is here – Greentube AG's MTB eSport Game starts its second season

The greatest mountain bike race in the world is back on air

Vienna, May 9, 2007

Greentube AG, the leading operator of multiplayer skill game platforms and 3D skill games world-wide, will be launching the second season of its Mountain Bike Challenge. The PC game has a huge fan base and is optimised for the production of TV pictures as user-generated content. Therefore, it is ideally suited for cross-media implementation in partnership with TV-stations and other media companies.

Three TV-stations have already purchased a licence for the downhill race game - and others will be following within the next couple of months. As a result of the release of the game and the combined advertising power of the existing and future partners, Greentube again expects billions of Ad Impressions as it experienced before.

As with other Greentube eSport 3D Games as well, the Mountain Bike Challenge is financed by dynamic in-game advertising by major brand partners. The technology behind the game was developed by Greentube AG and has been refined over the last few years.

The new Mountain Bike Challenge will be released with one existing track - a second one will be included in a later stage in summer.

Eberhard Dürrschmid, CEO Greentube:

"The Mountain Bike Challenge obviously will be one of our leading summer 3D eSport products - along with the Ski Challenge will stay our no. 1 winter sports game. After the Car Race released last year, and with a Motorbike Challenge to be released this summer, we are constantly expanding our range of successful free download games - as well as our world wide base of partners and players."
