More speculation of lay-offs at Microsoft

Report suggests company considering cutting staff with possible announcement next week

Another report has suggested Microsoft is considering considerable lay-offs across the company.

Earlier this month, a number of reports surfaced claiming Microsoft could let as many as 15,000 employees go, both full-time, part-time and contractors.

The company is to report its quarterly earnings next week on January 22, when any significant business changes could be announced.
