Taking the position of chief executive officer is Matthew Gerber, while Bjoern Denhard will assume the roll of chief financial officer.

"It is an exciting time to be involved in this company. This is a real opportunity to develop and publish games in a professional way and with a long term perspective," said Gerber.

"There will be some innovative processes brought into this company and I look forward to the prospect," he added.

"We now have a company that has a pipeline of projects and licenses, and is financially secure, stable and has all the correct processes and procedures in place," said Leo Zullo, president of Mercury Games.
