Mercury Games Announce New Management

NEW CEO AND CFO TAKE THE HELM

Mercury Games begins the first of a series of announcements with the employment of two key management personnel. As from the 1st December 2006, taking over from Leo Zullo at the helm, is Matthew Gerber who now becomes Chief Executive Officer, and Bjoern Denhard who becomes Chief Financial Officer.

Leo Zullo, President, Mercury Games, comments, "I am pleased with the huge progress made over the last 12 months, especially under incredibly difficult circumstances. We now have a company that has a pipeline of projects and licenses, and is financially secure, stable, and has all the correct processes and procedures in place. It's now time to bring in experienced professionals to take the business to the next level. Mercury Games and Turtle Games will become serious brands in the video game space."

Zullo concludes, "I am excited by the opportunity to work on new projects within the Myriad Interactive group."

"Turtle Games is currently launching Crazy Frog Racer 2, and expectations are that the game will emulate the success that the brand has enjoyed over the last 2 years, especially given the new music releases that are currently being, and the animation series that's in production."

Gerber concludes, "Given this support Turtle Games has a range of Crazy Frog titles in production, and a number of additional licenses that are about to start production. The next 2 years are going to be very exciting."

Matthew Gerber

Matthew is a senior business development and planning professional with over 10 years international experience as a top tier consultant and entrepreneur in the High Tech, Aerospace & Defence, Software and Wireless Telecom industries.

In 1997 he joined A.T.Kearney were he successfully advised major fortune 500 companies in Europe and the US on issues related to strategic planning, finance and M&A. He subsequently won the A.T. Kearney Award for Intellectual Capital Creation 1998 and the A.T. Kearney Great Client Work Award 1999 before co-founding Rawlings Partners, a venture capital and consulting company. There, he identified, negotiated and executed the deal to buy one of Europe's leading internet security firms and actively advised and assisted technology start ups with repositioning, funding and acquisitions.

A keen entrepreneur, in 2003 Matthew co-founded the Nyumba Salon and Spa in Mayfair, one of London's most luxurious lifestyle salons, critically acclaimed by international press.

Matthew holds a Joint Honors Bachelors in Economics and French from the University of Kent and a Bachelors degree in International Economics from the University of Grenoble (France). He lives in London and Los Angeles.
