Mediatonic - WTF!?
PlayStation minis shooter arrives at the US PSN store on November 16th and Europe's the next day.
London, UK. London-based development studio Mediatonic has announced that Who’s That Flying!?, its latest title for PlayStation Portable Minis, has overcome its unforeseen difficulties and will be available to purchase and download from the PSN store from Tuesday 16th November for the US and Wednesday 17th November for the EU, priced £3.99, €4.99 and $5.99 respectively.
In Who’s That Flying!?, players take control of the mysterious and powerful creature known only as the "Guardian of Earth". His steely eye and HYPER-POWERED LASER ARM have kept the citizens of Earth safe for generations (as well as proving a hit with the ladies). To save the Guardian Of Earth’s reputation, as well as the Earth itself, players must not only defend the cities from ravenous hordes of Doom Beasts, but must also defend the Guardian of Earth against accusations of gross incompetence from the Galactic Council of Justice - and this is all BEFORE players can even start to get to the bottom of just who OR what is really behind the invasion.
Paul Croft, head of games, Mediatonic comments: “Who’s That Flying!? had suffered an unforeseen delay thanks to interference from the Doom Beasts, which hampered compatibility in some extremely rare cases when playing on the PS3. We wanted to take the time to rectify this to make sure that all players had the same (hopefully awesome) experience regardless of their setup.”
Who’s That Flying!? Will be available to purchase and download from the PSN store from Tuesday 16th November 2010 for the US and Wednesday 17th November 2010 for the EU, priced £3.99, €4.99 and $5.99 according to region.
