Brighton, England, July 20, 2006: Eurogamer Network is proud to announce today official audit figures from ABCE for its leading consumer video games website, Eurogamer.net.
Total qualifying traffic for the certification period 1 May - 31 May 2006, as audited by ABC ELECTRONIC:
Unique users: 1,239,476 (+26.8% from October 2005)
Page impressions: 9,894,919 (+45.7% from October 2005)
"We are thrilled with the traffic increases recorded in the latest ABCE audit. The team behind the site has worked extremely hard and the figures show that dedication has paid off," said Eurogamer Network's Business Development Manager, Patrick Garratt. "This latest set of results prove yet again that Eurogamer.net is the leading video games publication in Britain."
Garratt added, "It is incredibly important that online media publishers are honest about traffic figures. This independent audit gives media buyers the transparency of information that is impossible by using internal or sample-based traffic measurements. We would like to thank all of our partners and readers for such a fantastic level of support."
Eurogamer Network will make several key announcements in the coming weeks regarding the further expansion of Eurogamer.net.
