Mass Effect 2, Plants Vs Zombies take Golden Joysticks

Jagex wins best UK developer award at annual event

BioWare's Mass Effect 2 and PopCap's Plants Vs Zombies both took home two gongs at the Golden Joystick Awards this afternoon.

Mass Effect 2 was crowned best RPG and Ultimate Game of the Year, while Plants Vs Zombies was honoured as the best strategy and download game.

Cambridge studio Jagex won UK Developer of the Year, with Rockstar North and Codemasters as runners-up.
