Mad Catz signs new Microsoft licensing deal
The company will continue to make Xbox 360-branded console carrying cases as well as bags for other peripherals
Mad Catz Interactive has announced that it has renewed and expanded its licensing agreement with Microsoft.
Under the deal, Mad Catz has extended its rights to manufacture, market, and sell Xbox 360-branded console and controller bags, as well as bags for other accessories in North America, Western Europe and Australia.
"We are pleased to extend this agreement with Microsoft," said Darren Richardson, Mad Catz's CEO.
"Powerful brands, such as Xbox 360, are an important part of our growing licensed accessories business, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Microsoft to offer videogame fans stylish Xbox 360-branded carrying cases for their consoles and game accessories."
