TORONTO - December 21, 2007 - Liberty Media Corporation (Nasdaq: LCAPA/B, LINTA/B) ("Liberty") and FUN Technologies Inc. ("FUN") (TSX:FUN) (AIM:FUN) today announced the completion of the previously announced arrangement (the "Arrangement") under which Liberty Genius, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty, acquired all of FUN's issued and outstanding common shares for a cash price of GBP 1.75 per share, without interest. Under the Arrangement, registered FUN shareholders with Canadian addresses reflected on FUN's common share register will instead receive CDN$3.50 (without interest), representing the Canadian dollar equivalent of the GBP 1.75 consideration, based on the exchange rate in effect at the close of trading on the second business day prior to the completion of the transaction.

It is expected that FUN's common shares will be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on December 24, 2007, and will be cancelled from admission on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange at 7:00 am (London time) on December 27, 2007, provided that the last trading day for FUN's common shares on AIM will be December 24, 2007.
