Let's Party

Getting started on the Wii in November.

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has announced the ultimate party game in the form of Let’s Party for Wii.

Developed by Groove Box Japan and due for release in November, Let’s Party is a stunning compilation of 40 mini-games, each of which is designed to test either the participants’ physical, mental or musical skills. Taking the form of a series of deliberately over-the-top challenges, off-the-wall sporting activities and brain tests, players can use the DanceDanceRevolution mat controller in conjunction with the Wii Remote as they are tested for the speed of their responses and rhythm.

Up to four players can take part simultaneously, and the user’s Mii is then superimposed on to a series of fully interactive backdrops. From here, they are invited to out-score their friends in games such as ‘3-Row Free Throw’, ‘Balloon Race’, ‘Pinball Battle’, ‘Human Cannonball’ and ‘Cow Corral’. Each has been devised to challenge the players in different ways while providing unrivalled variety and entertainment, and specific challenges can also be used to unlock new accessories for the in-game Party Shop.

As such, on completing set targets, the user will be able to use Mii and also buy new outfits for the Mii, and then show them off as you take on rival players in Let’s Party’s highly competitive and entertaining contests!
