Dallas, TX - QuakeCon Booth # 232 - August 1, 2007 - iZ3D, LLC, a U.S.-based 3D technology development and marketing company will be hosting a 3D Gaming Tournament at the upcoming QuakeCon 2007, the world's premier multiplayer gaming event. It will be held in the E-SPORTS Gaming Pavilion at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas on August 2- 5, 2007.

The company will be participating in the new E-SPORTS Gaming Pavilion that will host free mini-tournaments, shoot-outs, contests and product giveaways for games including QUAKE, QUAKE 4, DOOM 3 and FEAR. Participants will be able to immerse themselves in a true stereoscopic 3D gaming experience, have a lot of fun, and be eligible to win an assortment of great prizes.

"Our new 22" widescreen monitors have just arrived and we are anxious to show them off! Come to our booth and watch the faces of the tournament players. See how our technology brings your games to life, and learn how you can stay competitive by being ready for this new wave of gaming excitement," said David Chechelashvilli, Vice President of Marketing for iZ3D LLC.

"E-SPORTS is pleased to feature iZ3D as one of our sponsors in the New Gaming Pavilion at QuakeCon 2007. For the first time in gaming history companies such as iZ3D, PNY Technologies, Dust-Off and SteelSeries will debut new cutting edge gaming products in our brand-new, custom-designed Gaming Pavilion. Imagine ten ultimate gaming PCs, each reaching top-of-the-chart performance levels," exclaimed Ed Tomasi, Vice President of E-SPORTS Services, organizer of the New Gaming Pavilion at QuakeCon.

The new Gaming Pavilion will be showcasing the first mass produced iZ3D, LLC product, a 22" widescreen 3D monitor. The new advanced video monitor displays impressive 3D images into and out of the screen with the help of comfortable polarized glasses. It is designed to completely replace traditional monitors with commercial image quality and display brightness for non-gaming purposes. At the push of a button the monitor converts to a normal 2D monitor.

Stereoscopic 3D is the latest breakthrough technology in the gaming industry. iZ3D's 22" monitor takes ordinarily flat games, and turns them into thrilling three-dimensional experiences by making characters and effects blast out of the screen! This technology brings a level of immersion not possible on a traditional monitor.

Unlike previous stereoscopic 3D solutions, it is rare for players to experience eyestrain, spatial disorientation, headache, and nausea while using the iZ3D monitor.

The unit is powered by any current personal computer with a dual output video card.

Specifications include 1680 x 1050 resolution, up to 120-degree viewing angle, 5 ms response time, and 800:1 contrast ratio with the same brightness as commercial monitors. It also has dual interface capability with DVI and DVI/VGA inputs.
