Leading Publisher Announces New Distribution Deals with carriers in Europe and Israel

3GSM, Cannes, 14th February 2005: Digital Bridges, a world leader in the creation and distribution of mobile entertainment solutions, today announced the expansion of its distribution network to ten major mobile network operators and Internet portals across Europe.

Digital Bridges will launch several dbigames premium branded titles on the following carrier networks and portals:

  • o2 Germany;
  • In Israel Cellcom Israel Ltd., via Mail-Bit;
  • Partner Communications Ltd - Orange Israel, also via Mail-Bit;
  • PTC in Poland;
  • TMN in Portugal;
  • In Scandinavia Tele2Comviq, Sonofon, Inpoc, Telenor, Telia Go and Netcom, via Schibsted;
  • Lycos, via Opera Telecom;
  • Blip Mobile and Yahoo! Europe.

These agreements increase Digital Bridges' global distribution network by 20 million subscribers, and gives mobile subscribers on these networks access to the following dbigames mobile game titles:

  • RobocopTM, an all- action shoot-em-up game based on the Paul Verhoeven's 1987 sci-fi hit movie;
  • Colin McRae Rally 2005TM,mobile's most exhilarating rally racer;
  • 2 Fast 2 FuriousTM, the street racer based on the successful Universal Pictures' street racing hit;
  • 3D Pool, with advanced simulation and 360-degree real-time rotation;
  • EA SPORTSTM FIFA Football 2005 Mobile International Edition the mobile edition of the premium PC and console football simulation game

Revenue from mobile games downloads in Central and Eastern Europe is set to jump from 24 million euros in 2004 to 93 million euros in 2005. In Western Europe these figures increase from 200 million euros in 2004 to 333 million euros this year [Screen Digest].
