MANDELL AND FRYER FILL TWO KEY EXECUTIVE POSITIONS TO DRIVE WAAT'S INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Mr. Mandell's responsibilities include managing business and legal affairs; overseeing corporate governance and international expansion; establishing and implementing company policies and procedures and managing regulatory and contract compliance.
