KODE5 Launches KODE5 Turkey

(Istanbul, TURKEY) - July 19, 2006 - With the announcement of KODE5 Finland earlier this week, the developments at KODE5 Headquarters are coming at a rapid pace. Today, KODE5, in association with Gamecity-TR.net, is proud to kick off yet another KODE5 Regional Qualifier - KODE5 Turkey. KODE5 Turkey invites Counter-Strike 1.6, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, and Quake 4 gamers to square off for the right to represent Turkey at the KODE5 Global Finals in September. Supported globally by Foxconn, Corsair Memory, and Razer, and supported regionally by many others, the KODE5 Global Gaming Revolution takes competitive gaming to an international stage with events being held in 20+ countries worldwide. KODE5 Turkey Regional Qualifier

Quake 4 Qualifier

Format: 1v1 (100 YTL per player)

Location: Adeks Internet Café, Besiktas, Istanbul

Dates: August 12 ~ 13

Start Times: August 12 (10:00 am), August 13 (11:00 am)

Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Qualifier

Format: 1v1 (100 YTL per player)

Location: Adeks Internet Café, Besiktas, Istanbul

Dates: August 12 ~ 13

Counter-Strike 1.6 Qualifier

Format: 5v5 (150 YTL per team)

Dates: August 19 ~ 20
