Quote by Harlan T. Beverly, CEO, Bigfoot Networks
“Online worlds are the fastest growing segment in gaming, and lag is the one of the last technology hurdles to be overcome,” said Bigfoot Networks CEO Harlan T. Beverly. “Dell recognizes that in addition to top-of-the-line graphics cards and other components typically found in gaming PCs, there’s a real need for networking hardware designed specifically to improve online gaming performance, and Killer uniquely fills that need.”
“With the growth in the popularity and demands of online gaming on the PC, Dell recognizes a real need for hardware options that improve the online experience,” said Patrick Cooper, of Dell’s Gaming Products Division. “The Killer has been a popular upgrade option within Alienware, and we jumped at the chance to offer the same enhanced networking performance to Dell XPS customers.”
