Jump Ramp Games adds to advisory board
Former Kabam COO Chris Carvalho joins mobile gaming studio
Former Kabam chief operation officer has a new role on the advisory board of NYC based mobile gaming company Jump Ramp Games.
"Over the years I have worked with a number of teams who have made incredibly engaging games -- from Star Wars to the Hobbit. What struck me immediately about Jump Ramp Games was not only their engaging game but their sophisticated understanding of their user and the use of data and analytics to help drive their business and create value for their partners," said Carvalho.
"Despite their app's name, Lucktastic, it is anything but that. Jump Ramp Games is not only able to systematically create a very compelling and deeply engaging user experience, but due to its rewards components is able to then harness that deep consumer engagement to drive significant value for brands."
Jump Ramp Games is home to Lucktastic which offers real world rewards to players like a $1 million dollar sweepstake. It has over 5 million installs and distributed over $1.2 million in prizes and rewards to more than 200,000 winners to date.
"Our goal is to add significant talent to our advisory board to help guide the growth of our business," added Tony Vartanian, Jump Ramp Games co-founder.
"The success Chris has had in scaling content and gaming companies is exceptional and easy to see. Chris is not your typical advisor as he is entrenched in the industry and has a great handle on the convergence of mobile gaming, commerce and advertising. We're thrilled to have him join our growing advisory team."
