Jukebox with 3-D games from FISHLABS on Nokia and Sony Ericsson mobile phones with o2

HAMBURG, 10th October 2006 - Among other features, o2 installs a jukebox with five 3-D games from FISHLABS on its brand-new 3-D Nokia 6233 and Sony Ericsson K610i and K800i phones. This involves an application with playable demo versions where the user can buy the full game version directly by Deep-Link to the o2 WAP portal if satisfied with the demo game.

Mark Tins, Product Manager Games at o2, explains: "Many mobile phone owners are not aware of the fact that they are holding a mobile game console. The games from FISHLABS are distinguished by fascinating 3-D graphics, cool sounds and simply cannot be compared to standard mobile phone games. These pre-installed games introduce users to the concept of Mobile Gaming enabling them to simply download the full versions if they want to."

Michael Schade, CEO at FISHLABS, adds enthusiastically: "With their incredible performance and brilliant displays, the latest 3-D-enabled mobile phones from Nokia and Sony Ericsson offer the ideal platform for our high-quality 3-D games. Action-filled and graphic-intensive games in particular must run smoothly to ensure they provide lots of fun. And that's exactly what even the most critical player can experience using the demo versions at o2."

The jukebox from FISHLABS contains the demo versions of the following 3-D games:

Planet Riders 3D, the multiple award-winning high-speed future racer featuring weapons and the planets of our solar system

Galaxy on Fire 3D, the multiple award-winning space shooter simulation with unbelievable game depth and an entertaining story

Burning Tires 3D, an action-packed race with hyped-up cars on the world's most dangerous racing circuits

Robot Alliance 3D, the first and only sci-fi ego shooter with massive multiplayer mode about controlling an entire planet

Heli Strike 3D, the brand-new action title with breath-taking graphics for reckless combat helicopter pilots

All of the 3-D titles are based on the mobile game engine ABYSS® from FISHLABS and run at up to 30 images a second even on the Sony Ericsson K800i phone with QVGA resolution. Online multi-player mode from Robot Alliance is based on the multi-player technology neutron designed by Exit Games.
