Windsor, England - April 25th 2005: JOYTECH Europe Ltd, a division of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) and leading designer and manufacturer of third party video game peripherals and AV accessories announced today that the AV Control Center has been awarded 'Accessory of the Year' at the prestigious Home Cinema Choice Awards in London, England.
Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the Home Cinema Choice awards has established itself as the center of the European AV calendar, attended by the elite of the Home Entertainment and Consumer Electronics industry.
The AV Control Center, a central hub for audiovisual equipment, impressed the editorial team of the respected publication when reviewed in March 2005. Pitted against a competing product, it was quoted as "Essential" by the team, receiving a 'Best Buy' recommendation.
Hosted by genre actor Mr. Anthony Daniels at an exclusive London location, the trade only ceremony saw JOYTECH prevail against competing products in the category from respected brands such as Phillips and Richard Gray.

The AV Control Center features four RGB SCART Inputs, four RCA Phono and Stereo Audio Inputs, four S-Video Inputs, and four Digital Optical Inputs. With a matched set of corresponding outputs and included Remote Control, the device allows users to connect up to four AV devices to a single input on their TV and or Hi-Fi.
