JOYTECH and WilliamsF1 Team Use the Force

Windsor, England - November 9th 2004: JOYTECH Europe Ltd, a division of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) and the premier name in third party video game accessories, today unveiled the all new JOYTECH Official WilliamsF1 Team 'Force Feedback' Racing Wheel for the PlayStation®2 Video Game Console.

The second generation of Racing Wheel to be developed as a result of JOYTECH's three season brand license agreement with the WilliamsF1 team, the new Force Feedback peripheral arrives with a host of new features to once again push the boundaries of quality and innovation and repeat the outstanding success enjoyed by it's predecessor.

When used with Force Feedback compatible PlayStation®2 software, JOYTECH's Official WilliamsF1 Team 'Force Feedback' Racing Wheel delivers a level of realism and authenticity previously unheard of on such a peripheral. JOYTECH's intelligent engineering equips the wheel with no less than three Air Cooled Force Feedback Motors capable of simulating complex 'real world' driving conditions with a stunning degree of accuracy.

Harnessing the power of the Force Feedback motors, JOYTECH's pre-set sensitivity modes afford players the opportunity to individually tailor each gaming experience for the last word in personal preference. Four fully adjustable pre-set Force Feedback sensitivity modes allow gamers to instantly alter the level of resistance offered by the motors, whilst the addition of four pre-set steering sensitivity modes allow the sensitivity of the wheels turn cycle to be altered to suit the individual requirements of each gamer. JOYTECH's built-in digital display provides information on the wheel's settings and performance, allowing for modes to be switched mid game quickly and intuitively, or even providing the gamer with a stopwatch function by which to monitor lap times and performance.

Powerful yet simple to operate, the new Racing Wheel is compatible with all current PlayStation®, PSoneTM and PlayStation®2 software. Advanced 'Auto Detect' technology instantly recognizes Force Feedback support in a game and utilizes the function if detected, whilst reverting to standard 'Dual Vibration Mode' if Force Feedback is not present. Maximizing enjoyment yet further, full steering sensitivity and dual vibration support is enabled even when playing non Force Feedback software.

Continuing the list of features, JOYTECH's DBMS (Dual Bearing Management System) and Removable Wheel Head have once again been incorporated into the wheel. The proprietary DBMS design provides unrivalled durability and smooth accurate steering, whilst the removable Wheel Head allows the gamer to detach and display the Wheel Head after play for the ultimate in F1 authenticity. The centrally hinged Pedal Set provided, offer an authentic racing experience and reduces fatigue on the gamers ankles, whilst the TipTronicTM style Gear Stick, butterfly style Gear Change Paddles, and fully mappable Action Buttons provide gamers with a plethora of impressive options for driving preferences.

The JOYTECH Official WilliamsF1 Team 'Force Feedback' Racing Wheel includes a wealth of options to allow you to play where you want, when you want, thanks to the choice of Tabletop Suckers, Leg Clamps, or sturdy twin Desk Clamps that lock the wheel securely when playing in Force Feedback mode.

Stephen Withers, Product Manager for JOYTECH commented, "The JOYTECH Official WilliamsF1 Team 'Force Feedback' Racing Wheel is the culmination of eighteen months of development. The release of the first WilliamsF1 Team Racing Wheel set an extremely high benchmark for ourselves to beat, but we are confident that we have managed to engineer a significantly improved model, and look forward to introducing a product that we believe represents the very best example of its type. Through our in-house development teams and our unique collaboration with the skilled engineers and designers at the world famous WilliamsF1, we are confident that gamers, racing fans and F1 enthusiasts alike will once again be astonished with our results."

The JOYTECH Official WilliamsF1 Team 'Force Feedback' Racing Wheel will be racing for Pole Position from November 2004 for the PlayStation®2 Video Game Console at an estimated SRP of: £59.99.
