Infospace, MTV launch Dirty Sanchez
Classic party games re-invented for mobile phones
Mobile games and content publisher, Infospace, has partnered with MTV Networks for the launch of Dirty Sanchez for mobile phones - a collection of classic party games, re-invented with a series of fun forfeits.
Based on the irreverent and often outlandish exploits of MTV's hit television show, Dirty Sanchez, the game features eight party games which have all been given a unique twist, with over 50 forfeits created by the show's stars to entertain the winners and embarrass the unlucky losers.
Games include All Back to Mime, Jack in the Box, Rhythm, Pass the Phone, Reaction Test, Left and Right, Spin the Mobile and Simon Says, and Dirty Sanchez can be played as a multi-player game with an unlimited amount of players, using a single mobile phone handset.
The selection of humourous forfeits includes everything from cheeky to outright surreal, such as accusing the person to your right of stealing your innocence, Kissing another persons bare feet or ringing the first person in your contact book to declare your love for them, before hanging up.
InfoSpace Mobile's European VP Marketing, Alan Welsman, commented: "By collaborating with a strong youth brand like MTV Networks International, we can continue to deliver great games to consumers. It enables both companies to tap into this new and younger audience through new media channels."
The Dirty Sanchez mobile game is available in the UK now, from Vodafone, 02, Orange and 3. Prices vary depending on operator policy, between GBP 2.50 and GBP 5.99.
