Infogrames hands Leleu 29.5 million shares

Atari's parent company Infogrames is to give CEO Patrick Leleu 29.5 million shares, according to a report by Forbes.

The award will give him a share equivalent to two per cent of the company's capital, on condition that certain profit-margin targets are met, and that he holds the shares for at least two years.

Mathias Hautefort, executive vice president in charge of worldwide publishing and production, will also receive 14.7 million shares, equivalent to one per cent of the capital.

The troubled publisher announced earlier in the year that its restructuring plan has reduced the company's debt from EUR 137.2 million to EUR 40.5. In its end of fiscal year report in June, although revenue was down, operating losses were also down.
