In Stock Expands Team

In Stock is pleased to announce James Batchelor has joined the team as Staff Writer with immediate effect.

Already a familiar face, James first worked for In Stock during the summer of 2006 to gain experience while he completed a BA Hons Journalism degree, continuing his placement with a one-day a week internship throughout the remainder of the year and into 2007.

Having successfully graduated with First Class Honours, In Stock offered him a position on the magazine in preparation for exciting developments ahead, more of which will be revealed in due course.

James brings with him enthusiasm, strong writing skills and a vast knowledge of video games. He has also held a part time position at Tesco for the last four and a half years, rising through the ranks from Checkout Operator through to his most recent position as Team Leader; bringing invaluable retail experience to the In Stock team.

"In Stock is really pleased to announce this addition of its editorial team," commented In Stock publisher, David Lilley. "This timely appointment puts us in a strong position for expanding and developing the In Stock brand in 2008 and beyond."

In Stock editor, Ali Wood added: "Over the last 15 months James has proven himself a competent and efficient writer, and having been a regular fixture in the office for over a year, we already feel he is part of the team."
