Each week, GamesIndustry.biz brings you a round-up of all the game announcements made in the past seven days.

Electronic Arts and Pandemic Studios have announced that the forthcoming sequel to Mercenaries will no longer be a PlayStation 3 exclusive. Mercenaries 2: World in Flames will now also appear on the Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 2.

SCEE has announced the latest title in the SingStar franchise. SingStar Pop Hits will feature Gorillaz, Goldfrapp, U2 and Scissor Sisters and is due for release this April.

THQ is to release a new version of classic puzzler Tetris. Due for release in March on the Xbox 360, Tetris Evolution will offer four-player matches via Xbox Live.

Take-Two has announced details of the licensed soundtrack for Major League Baseball 2K7. The Stooges, Nirvana, The Specials, The Pixies and Wolfmother will all feature.

Nintendo has set a European release date for DS title Hotel Dusk: Room 215. The mystery thriller will appear on store shelves on April 13.

505 Games will release Armored Core 4 for the PlayStation 3 this April, shortly after the console's anticipated release.

Atari is lining up Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 for release this May. The PSP sequel is the 26th Dragon Ball game to be released in a series that has already sold over 10 million units worldwide since May 2002.

There's a fairly healthy selection of new titles out today in the shops, with Microsoft's Crackdown for Xbox 360 leading the pack, along with Midway's Blitz: The League.

PlayStation 2 owners are also blessed with the format-exclusive Final Fantasy XII, while movie tie-in Ghost Rider is available for the PS2, PSP and PC. The only other new PSP title on the shelves today is Rising Star's Rainbow Islands Evolution.

Disney's Chicken Little: Ace in Town joins Kororinpa on the Wii, while Fossil League is available for the DS and Pc gamers can get there hands on Another World: 15th Anniversary Edition, Infernal, Midway Arcade Treasures Deluxe and Pippa Funnell 3: The Golden Stirrup Challenge.
