A slate of speakers has been announced for the Media & Entertainment portion of Imagina 2008, the European 3D community event.
While the conference programme has not been finalised, the organisers have named the following speakers: Glenn Entis (EA), Frîdîric Thonet (Ubisoft), Jovan Popovich, Andrien Bousseau (INRIA), John Tarnoff (Dreamworks), Tim Webber (Framestore), Dayne Cowan (Double Negative), Gary Brozenich (Moving Picture Company), Christian Guillon (LâEst) and Alain Carsoux (Duran).
Conferences will also be presented showcasing the visual effects of films such as "Asterix aux Jeux Olympiques," "Sweeney Todd," "Children of Men" and "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix."
Imagina 2008 highlights 3D visualisation technology in industry, architecture, landscape & territory, and media & entertainment.
The conference takes place from January 30 through February 1, 2008 in Monaco.
