Here are some official images from yesterday's Microsoft Kinect unveiling event.

The product was revealed with the help of a Cirque de Soleil act, which must have cost a small fortune...

This is it - the new Microsoft Kinect. Nice and shiny black - will go getter with the Elite than the classic light grey SKU...
Release date hasn't yet been set, but it's rumoured to be November this year.
Project Natal was the working title, first unveiled at last year's E3 Expo.
And here's a nice person outside. No idea what relevance that has, however.
Kinect was unveiled at an event that included action from the amazing Cirque de Soleil crew.
No idea what an elephant is doing here - part of the show. Can elephants use Kinect?
