IGDA announces new board members
The International Game Developers Association has announced the results of its latest election for its Board of Directors, appointing three new members who will remain on the board for the following three years.

Comprised of six elected directors, a chairperson and executive director, the IGDA board of directors governs all aspects of the association and holds director elections each year to fill vacating seats.
The most recent elections will see Cryptic's Clarinda Merripen, Epic president Michael Capps and Ubisoft Montreal creative director Christopher Crowell joining the board, whilst Mitzi McGilvray, TikGames general manager has been re-elected for another term. New members will join the board on June 1st 2006.
Additional board members who will remain for another term include Bob Bates, Tom Buscaglia, Brian Reynolds and Kathy Schoback, and John Feil and Jesse Schell will both be stepping down this year.
