iGames and WiredLabs Unite the Worlds of Gameplay

Leading Game Center Network and Major Games Content and Services Portal Team to Offer Gamers the Ultimate Integrated Gaming Experience

MOUNTAIN VIEW and LOS ANGELES, CA, September 1st, 2005-iGames, the world's leading game center organization, and WiredLabs, the definitive gaming entertainment company, today announced a partnership that will unite the real and virtual worlds of gameplay.

Under the terms of the agreement, iGames will offer WiredLabs access to iGames game centers and events, while WiredLabs will allow all iGames game center members free access to select content and personalization services from its growing portfolio of properties, including games news site Amped News Network (www.ampednews.com). Every iGames game center will have seamless access to GameFlex (www.gameflex.net) with an automated account system built specifically for iGames that runs through the GameFlex Gateway.

"For gamers, this partnership will create the ultimate, fully integrated environment," said Mark Nielsen, Executive Director of iGames. "Gamers in cyberspace will gain access to the unique special events and social network that iGames offers, and iGames center players will be able to enjoy WiredLabs' content and services. For game center owners, this deal will also be another strong value-add and new business driver."

"We are really excited to be partnering with iGames whose wide network of game centers represents hundreds of thousands of gamers," added Ryan Schumacher, CEO of WiredLabs. "Our goal at WiredLabs is to provide gamers a seamless entertainment experience, which is why we know that our members will love being informed about offline, local iGames events. In addition, iGames members will be drawn in by the robust offerings we have worked so hard to develop."

To promote the partnership as well as raise awareness for the companies' respective efforts, iGames and WiredLabs will engage in cross-marketing campaigns both online on their websites and in electronic newsletters, and offline at iGames game centers through print ads in iGames Magazine and interstitials on iGames TV, which is broadcast at all centers participating in the iGTV program.
