Indie developer help on offer from the fellas behind FreeAppADay.com.
San Francisco- Game Developers Conference- ICS Mobile, the developer behind FreeAppADay.com, is launching ICS Financing, a new branch set to exclusively invest in applications which follow the Free+ In-Apps business model.
"Launching ICS Financing is part of our overall strategy geared towards helping small developers compete in a very crowded App Store environment" says Joe Bayen CEO, at ICS Mobile/FreeAppADay.com. "We are essentially leveraging the power of FreeAppADay.com and merging it with the Free+in-Apps business model which has already generated a sizable increase in revenue for several of our developers including Fingerzilla and Tiki Totem."
ICS Mobile also announces that FreeAppADay.com will have stricter quality requirements and starting this coming April, developers following the free+in-apps business model will be able to promote their application for free. The "Free" offer will also be extended to all types of business model starting in May. The Studio will further elaborate the details of the new business model at the FreeAppADay.com party scheduled at the W Hotel on Wednesday 10th at 9pm.
