Icon Games announces 'Spinout' for Sony PSP and PS2
For immediate release
Icon Games, a UK based independent developer dedicated to creating innovative original games with a focus on compelling game play and lavish visuals, today announces its new PSP title 'Spinout', a fresh original racing title in which the player races their spherical craft (Xorb) around a selection of high-rise courses.
Spinout is an all action arcade racer featuring wild stunt courses; huge arenas and platform style game play, all taking place at heights that will give you vertigo. Race your Xorb around tracks suspended high above sprawling cities and lush vistas but don't miss a turn. It's a long way down.
The game will be complete for PSP & PS2 late 2005.

About Icon Games
Oxfordshire UK; ICON is an independently owned studio founded in 2002. Previous games include 'International Pool Championship' and 'International Snooker Championship' both for PS2 - published by PlayIt. - Yes we know what your about to say. These aren't exactly "innovative original games with a focus on compelling game play and lavish visuals". However they are a carefully planned part of the difficult Independent Developer life-cycle. We knew that the games would provide us with a sound financial basis and the technology could then be used to develop our new titles.
