Huuuge Games launches publishing brand Tap Tap Games
Departing from casino games, new label's focus is on super casual mobile games
Huuuge Games wants to expand beyond its social casino marketings by tackling other forms of mobile gaming. The company has formed a new publishing label, Tap Tap Games, to focus on free-to-play, casual games.
Tap Tap Games will focus on publishing games that are simple to learn, but "deceptively difficult to master." The majority of its releases will be able to be played with one finger.
"Team Huuuge has always been all about creating amazing social casual games with a very unique twist," reads the announcement on Huuuge Games' official Medium post. "When we entered the social casino market, we knew that our goal was to make it multiplayer and fun. The unique twist and our special sauce is making these games massively social and that is exactly what we've done with Huuuge Casino and now, it's time to expand into broader casual gaming."
The publisher intends to develop some titles in-house, but also hopes to connect with independent developers on ideas that are a good fit for their portfolio.
Already, Tap Tap has published eight mobile games across iOS and Android, including Color Splash, Rollercoaster Dash, Bendy Tracks, and Kitty Jump.
