About Noddy:

Noddy was created by Enid Blyton in 1949. He is featured in over 150 books and four previous TV series (in 1950s, 1970s and 1990s).

Noddy is a little wooden boy who lives in his own House-for-One in Toyland. Noddy got his name because his head is on a spring and when he gets excited his head just can't stop nodding! Noddy loves driving his friends around in Toyland and delivering parcels in his little red and yellow taxi. He also uses his aeroplane to get around Toyland. Noddy is kind and honest but he often gets into trouble either through his own misunderstanding or because someone had played a trick on him - like the naughty goblins Sly and Gobbo!
