Glu to raise US $92m with IPO
Millionaire publisher intends to go public

Glu Mobile has filed a for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US.
If granted, the IPO is expected to raise around US $92 million (EUR 70 million).
Founded in 2001, Glu has a varied portfolio including titles based on brands from Atari, Hasbro, Microsoft, PopCap Games, Sega and Sony.
Recently announced titles from Glu include Centipede, Super KO Boxing, World Series of Poker Texas Hold'em and Project Gotham Racing.
