Glu opens studio in the People's Republic of China, continues global expansion with new offices in Italy and Spain

San Mateo, Calif., London and Beijing - June 19, 2007 - Glu Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: GLUU), a leading global publisher of mobile games, today announced the opening of a development studio in Beijing, and its continued expansion in the EMEA region with the opening of offices in Milan, Italy and Madrid, Spain. Glu's expansion allows each regional office to work more closely with both wireless operators and consumers to tailor activity according to specific market needs. Glu has been selling mobile games in Italy and Spain since 2004 and in China since 2005.

"It has always been our philosophy that our success as a global publisher depends on addressing and serving the needs of regional markets. Establishing a local presence in these key regions is critical to our strategy as it will allow us to deepen relationships within each market," said Greg Ballard, president and CEO, Glu Mobile.

"In addition, we see tremendous opportunity in China, and establishing Glu's third development studio in Beijing will allow us to strengthen our internal development and porting capabilities and create content for both the western and Asian markets."

The Beijing studio will be headed by Kim Daniel Arthur, formerly the head of Glu's studio in London. Arthur is highly respected for his leadership and creativity and has led production of some of the company's most successful original titles such as Ancient Empires and the current best-seller, Brain Genius.

With the addition of offices in Spain and Italy and Glu's Beijing studio, the company now has nine offices worldwide. Contact information for the new Glu offices can be found on Glu's website, www.glu.com.
