Glu Mobile to Show Line Up for the Second Half of 2005 at Games Convention Show
Company to showcase original titles and licensed properties, including a first look at Marc Ecko’s Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure for mobile
Glu Mobile, Inc., a leading creator and global publisher of mobile entertainment, today announced that the company will be showing upcoming titles for the second half of 2005 at the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany. The event has rapidly become one of Europe's most important showcases for the interactive entertainment industry, with more than 100,000 consumers and industry insiders expected to attend.
At the event Glu will be showcasing its European line-up for the coming months, including Bitmap Brothers classics Speedball 2 and The Chaos Engine, addictive puzzlers Zuma® and AstroPopTM, and its innovative new 4-way multiplayer mobile game, Mech Battalion. One of the highlights of Glu's line-up is Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure for mobile, which was developed by Glu in partnership with Atari and Ecko Unltd., and will launch in tandem with the highly anticipated console game.
Glu has also teamed up with Atari and Vodafone Germany to run a special competition at the show. Attendees who visit the Glu booth will have the opportunity to win gaming consoles, copies of the Getting Up game and more.
