Enhanced football coverage and player stats as NFL season kicks off
Glu Mobile has announced a broad range of upgrades to the football section of its successful sports companion service Fox Sports Mobile.
Just in time for the start of the new football season, Glu Mobile has launched a series of new additions and enhancements for fans of the Fox Sports Mobile service. Described by Glu as "a must have for sports fans on the go," the service provides up to the minute information on scores, schedules, rankings, stats and injuries for NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, Golf and NASCAR direct to mobile phones.
New additions have been specifically designed for the open of the latest football season and include: play-by-play coverage of all NFL games, full team schedules for the entire season, injury reports, improved player and team league and personal stats and a redesigned menu for easier navigation.
Available to millions of users through all major operators in North America, Fox Sports Mobile is one of Glu's premier applications. The company also recently released Fox Sports Football '06, the fourth iteration of the original mobile phone football game, in conjunction with Fox Sports.
