Glu Mobile expands UK marketing team

New UK brand manager and senior product manager appointed

Glu Mobile has announced plans to expand its UK marketing team by appointing a new UK brand manager and senior product manager.

The role of brand manager goes to Bridget Adams, who previously worked for Lycos UK and has also held positions at BBC Worldwide and FilmFour/Channel 4.

Daleep Chhabria has been appointed senior product manager. He has many years of games industry experience, having previously held marketing roles at Dixons and Gameplay and having spent four years at Activision, most recently as a senior brand manager working on the Call of Duty franchise.

"We'd like to extend a warm welcome to Bridget and Daleep," said Chris Meredith, vice president for publishing, EMEA.

"Their appointments are further evidence of Glu's ambition to build a strong marketing team with real depth and experience in the entertainment and games industries."

Glu also recently appointed Kirsty Milne, former managing director of Eidos Interactive, as account manager director.

Glu Mobile publishes mobile content based on brands including Atari, Cartoon Network, FOX Sports and Nickelodeon. The company's portfolio includes mobile versions of Mark Ecko's Getting Up and Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Celebrity Edition.
