GlobalFun gets worldwide rights to Elven Chronicles

Swedish publisher swoops for Big Blue Bubble's RPG

GlobalFun has signed a worldwide deal with Big Blue Games to publish its mobile role-playing game Eleven Chronicles, due in October.

"Elven Chronicles makes a perfect match for our product offering," said Marcus Johansson, CEO of GlobalFun.

"It's a very high quality production with a great gameplay value from a trusted partner with excellent possibilities of cross-marketing promotions.

"Adding the downloadable content part only makes this even better from both a distribution and end-user perspective," he added.

Big Blue Bubble is responsible for a variety of acclaimed mobile titles, including Jewel Quest, 24, Destroy All Humans, Red Faction 2 and The Three Stooges.

"Elven Chronicles is our most ambitious project to date," commented Damir Slogar, CEO of Big Blue Bubble.

"Our success in the industry has brought us to a level of experience where such an undertaking is not only achievable, but is expected."

"We intend to push the boundaries of the current market and showcase groundbreaking advances in mobile gaming technology."

"GlobalFun shares our vision and the choice for us to select them as the exclusive publishers came easy," he concluded.
